Operational Terms and Service Conditions for NCC Transfers

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions regulate the Chauffeur Service (NCC – Noleggio con Conducente) provided by Salvatore Covato, operating in accordance with Italian law and local transportation regulations. By booking or using the service, the customer accepts the terms outlined below.

2. Service Provider

3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1 Booking Methods

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from the service provider. Prices, schedules, and service details are communicated in advance.

4. Rates and Payment

4.1 Rates

Rates include:

  • professional driver
  • vehicle
  • fuel
  • passenger insurance
  • taxes

4.2 Extra Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

  • waiting time
  • itinerary changes
  • night service
  • additional stops
  • special requests

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • cash
  • bank transfer
  • electronic payment (if available)

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • be ready at the scheduled pickup time
  • respect the vehicle and its equipment
  • follow safety rules (seat belts required)
  • communicate any changes in advance

The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to improper behavior.

6. Luggage

The service provider is not responsible for:

  • loss of personal belongings
  • damage to fragile items not properly packed

Luggage must fit within the vehicle’s capacity. Oversized items must be communicated in advance.

7. Delays and No Show

7.1 Customer Delay

A grace period may be granted depending on the service type. After the grace period, waiting time fees may apply.

7.2 No Show

If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and place without prior notice, the service may be charged in full.

8. Service Modifications and Cancellations

8.1 Customer Cancellations

Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking. Late cancellations may incur a fee or full charge.

8.2 Provider Cancellations

The provider may cancel or modify the service in case of:

  • severe weather
  • road closures
  • safety concerns
  • force majeure

In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

9. Liability

The provider guarantees:

  • vehicles in full compliance with legal requirements
  • valid insurance
  • professional and safe driving

The provider is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • traffic
  • weather
  • road conditions
  • events beyond control

10. Insurance

All passengers are covered by mandatory insurance as required by Italian law. The insurance does not cover personal items or luggage.

11. Conduct on Board

Passengers must:

  • behave respectfully
  • avoid smoking inside the vehicle
  • avoid consuming food unless authorized
  • follow the driver’s instructions for safety

The provider may refuse service to passengers behaving inappropriately.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Italy.

The provider may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update appears at the bottom of the page.
